LAVA is a troupe of artists who develop and perform original works that combine dance, theater, and acrobatics. At the LAVA Studio in Brooklyn, NY, ensemble and community members train and teach LAVA's rigorous, creative, and inclusive movement language to children and adults. The award-winning troupe also performs and teaches throughout New York City and the U.S. Most recently, in celebration of their 10-year anniversary, LAVA premiered LAVA Loving & Daring. The show ran June 3 - 20, 2010, in NYC at Dixon Place.
